Warranty

At Urban Glam, we always prioritize our community's satisfaction. That is why all our garments come with a 30-calendar-day warranty.

Warranty claims will not be honored for garments showing signs of improper handling, such as tears or damage caused by incorrect washing or drying.

We require 15 business days to evaluate the garment and provide a response—whether for an exchange or a repair.

Shipping costs associated with warranty claims will be covered by Urban Glam.

Exchanges

You have 1 to 2 days from the delivery date to request an exchange (this timeframe may vary depending on the city or region).

Exchanges are made for a different size or color of the same garment. If the requested size is out of stock, the exchange may be made for a different garment.

Shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Exchanges are accepted provided the garment is in pristine condition: with original tags attached and showing no signs of wear, washing, or exposure to fragrances.

Exchanges do not apply to:

Garments showing signs of wear
Promotional items
Bodysuits or items classified as intimate apparel
Costume jewelry and accessories
